June 2021 Energy Update

The energy this month is asking us to allow what needs to release to just, release. Don’t resist evolving into the version of yourself who wants different things, who wants more for themselves, or who is motivated to be more unconventional and free. Ask yourself what holds you back from feeling free? Learning about ourselves is rarely comfortable, but it is in that discomfort where we discover the most about our inner needs. Sometimes events in our lives can pull what appears to be harsh truths forward, but the universe is highly productive and has an intentional purpose for what it needs to show us. The challenges we face take us out of autopilot and remind us to check in and reflect on our sense of purpose. 

Use the heightened and revealing energy of this month to allow whats been suppressed to come forward—to have its time to be thoughtfully reflected on, and to bring you closer to your personal healing goals so you can remember what motivates you and what defines your purpose. Are you ready to fully interact with your journey and experiences in order to integrate and cycle out of repetitive themes? We are moving into deeper awakening and awareness of ourselves and it comes with the discomfort of looking at what we have felt we need to hide, whether or not we are holding ourselves back, and the courage to make the spiritual, physical, emotional, and general lifestyle changes we need to make to fully realize our expanding potential as conscious beings on Earth. 

Allow the energy of June to redefine your needs, and don’t be afraid to acknowledge when something feels heavy and difficult to process. Inner work requires compassion and non-judgment. Letting our emotions teach us about ourselves isn’t easy, but it is the most rewarding work. This self-knowledge and truth is what we create from. When we learn about ourselves the universe learns about itself. This is cosmic expansion and this is what we’re here to do.
